What our forms collect
- Book an artist: the artist, event date, venue or event, city and country, budget, your name and email, and any company or notes you add.
- Everything else: your name, email, whether you're an artist, talent buyer, press or other, and your message.
- Artist applications, when open: artist name, music style, email, links, gig footage and notes.
Why we use it
To reply to you, handle booking enquiries and offers, and review artist applications.
Lawful basis
Legitimate interests, in replying to messages sent to us, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Who processes it
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which receives the form and emails it to us. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.
How long we keep it
12 months, then deleted, unless a booking goes ahead.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, ask us to limit or stop using them, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email info@prionagency.com.
